According to a recent publication by the Konrad-Adenauer-foundation, integrating a legal entity for autonomous systems won’t be necessary in the foreseeable future. Since the main task of those systems is the user-support, a functional understanding of legal-capacity offers enough coverage of existing legal-gaps, for example through a proxy in terms of liability-law.
